With centralized per-user licensing, you can give a user entry into all sites (also called "instances") with a single license. Centralized per-user licensing is a subscription model.

Public links allow users to share a view-only version of a Confluence page with anyone on the internet via the unique Public Link URL. Easily copy the link and share with external collaborators for easy viewing, without needing them to sign up for a Confluence account.

For each paid user, admins can add up to five guests for no additional cost or licenses.

There are no limits to how many spaces you can share or how many guests you can have in each space. However, each guest is limited to a single space.

Anonymous access makes your Confluence site publicly available, enabling access to your content to users outside of your organization. Confluence's anonymous access is most commonly used for customer-facing knowledge bases and documentation.
